Open Messaging .

Select Options > Settings > Email > Mailboxes. Select a mailbox and Download settings > Download amount.

To specify the number of email messages to download automatically or to download when you connect to a remote mailbox, select from the following:

• All – Download all email messages in your remote mailbox.
• Number of emails – Download a specified number of latest messages.

For the IMAP4 mailbox type, you can select different download amounts for Inbox and other mailbox folders to which you have subscribed.

If you use the automatic download function to download new email messages, All is the default value for this setting.

To save your settings, select Back.
