Select your mailbox. When the phone asks if you want to connect to the mailbox, select No.

Tip:
To receive and send email, you must register for an email service and set up a mailbox in your phone. Select Options > Settings > Email > Mailboxes. Select Options > New mailbox. For the correct settings, contact your service provider. |
To open a folder, select the folder from the list.
To view an email message, select the message from the list.
To view email messages offline, first download them to your phone. Select Options > Download email and from the following:
- New – Download messages you have not previously downloaded or read online.
- All – Download messages that have not been downloaded.

Tip:
To mark an unopened message as read, tap the message, and select Options > Mark as read. To mark an opened message as unread, select Mark as unread. |
Select Options and from the following:
- Connect – Connect to your remote mailbox, and view your email online.
- Delete – Delete a message from your phone. If you choose to also delete the message from your remote mailbox, it is deleted the next time that you connect to the mailbox. To cancel the deletion, select Options > Restore.
- Sort by – Arrange your messages according to sender, subject, or other info.
- Email settings – Edit email settings.

Tip:
To subscribe to other folders in your remote mailbox, select Email settings > Download settings > Folder subscriptions. When you download email from your remote mailbox, all subscribed folders are updated. |
