Open Messaging . Select your sync mailbox.

To synchronise your phone mailbox with the remote mailbox, you need a sync profile for the mailbox. Open Sync , and select Options > New sync profile.

To view the email messages in your Inbox, Drafts, Sent, or Outbox folders, select the folder from the list.

Select Options and from the following:

• Create new – Select Sync email to write an email message that is sent during the next synchronisation.
• Synchronisation – Select Start to synchronise your phone mailbox with the remote mailbox. Select Settings to edit the synchronisation settings.
