Open Messaging .

Select your sync mailbox and select Inbox.

To view an email message, select the message from the list.

To write an email message that is sent during the next synchronisation, select New email from the toolbar.

To reply either to the sender or all other recipients of the message, select Reply from the toolbar. The reply is sent during the next synchronisation.

To delete a message, select Delete from the toolbar. The message is also deleted from your remote mailbox during the next synchronisation.

Select Options and from the following:

• Mark as read – Mark a message as read without opening it.
• Sort by – Arrange your messages according to sender, subject, or other info.
• Mark/Unmark – Select multiple messages at a time. Tap each required item, and select Mark/Unmark > Mark. Once marked, select the desired command.

The available options may vary.
