Select Options > Settings > Sync email.
To create or edit mailboxes that you can synchronise with remote mailboxes, select Mailboxes.
To change the mailbox used for synchronising your email, select Mailbox in use and the desired mailbox.
To be alerted for new email when your mailboxes are synchronised, select New email alerts > On.
To save your settings, select Back.
