Open Messaging .

Select Options > Settings > Email > Mailboxes. Select a mailbox and from the following:

• Connection settings – Edit the settings for sending and receiving email.
• User settings – Edit your preferences for sending and receiving email.
• Download settings – Edit the settings for downloading email from your remote mailbox to your phone.
• Automatic download – Select whether you want to download email messages automatically or manually.

The settings available for editing may vary.
