Open Messaging .

Select Options > Settings > Email > Mailboxes. Select a mailbox and Automatic download.

To receive a note when you receive email to your remote mailbox, select Email notifications > Auto-update.

To automatically download email from your remote mailbox, select Email download > Enabled or Only in home network.

To select specific times to download email, select Download days or Download hours.

To set the time interval for automatic downloads, select Download interval and the desired time.

The last three settings are only available if you download email automatically.
