Open Messaging .

Select Options > Settings > Email > Mailboxes. Select a mailbox, then select User settings, and from the following:

• My name – Enter a name to appear before your email address.
• Send message – To set when email is sent, select Immediately or During next conn..
• Send copy to myself – To send copies of your email to your mailbox, select Yes.
• Include signature – To send your signature with your email, select Yes.
• New email alerts – To be alerted when you receive email, select On.
• Email deletion – Select how email is deleted.
• Reply-to address – Define the default email address for replies.

The settings available for editing may vary.

To save your settings, select Back.
