Open Messaging .

Select Options > Settings > Sync email > Mailboxes.

To view or edit mailbox settings, select the mailbox, then select Options, and from the following:

• Synchronisation – Select Start to synchronise your phone mailbox with the remote mailbox or select Settings to edit the synchronisation settings.
• New mailbox – Create a mailbox that you can synchronise with a remote mailbox.

The available options may vary.
