Open Messaging .

Select Options > Settings > Sync email > Mailboxes and a mailbox.

To specify the address of your remote mailbox, select My email address. Enter the address, and select OK.

To name the mailbox in your phone, select Mailbox name. Enter the name, and select OK.

To be alerted for new email when your mailboxes are synchronised, select New email alerts > On.

To save your settings, select Back.
