In panorama mode, a green-outlined rectangular indicator appears in the middle of the panorama icon in the viewfinder. After taking the first photo, you can determine the direction of the panorama shot sequence by moving the camera left or right. The green-outlined rectangular indicator moves in the chosen direction and assists you in aligning the next photo. When the photo you want to take is properly aligned with the previous photo, there is a slight vibration. The rectangular indicator becomes fully green and the photo is taken automatically. The indicator reverts to a green-outlined rectangle and you are ready to align the next photo. After the third photo is taken, or if you press OK before the second or third photo, all photos in the sequence are merged and shown in a scroll preview. The merged photo is saved automatically.
