There are four available focus settings in the photo mode of your camera: Auto, Macro, Infinite and Face detection. Focus control is turned on automatically when the viewfinder is on. When you press the photo key halfway down, the camera begins to auto focus. All other icons and texts become hidden except for the focus frame icon and the photo mode icon at the top. A green dot blinks in the upper left corner. When the dot and focus frame are green, press down the photo key fully to take the photo.
