To open the picture editor, select More > Edit when viewing a picture.

Select Options > Add effect and Add clip art or Add talk bubble from the grid.

To move the item, select Options > Move clip art or Move talk bubble.

To resize the item, select Options > Resize clip art or Resize talk bubble.

To rotate the item, select Options > Rotate clip art or Rotate talk bubble.

To cancel all the changes and return to the main view, select Options > Cancel changes.

The available options vary depending on your selection.

To return to the main view, select Done.
