Open Sync .

Select a profile, select Options > Edit sync profile > Automatic sync, and select from the following:

• Sync profile in use – Select the profile from available remote sync profiles.
• Applications in sync – Select the content to be synchronised. Select All or Selected only.
• Sync frequency – Define the frequency for automatic synchronisation.
• Sync frequency (peak) – If you set the frequency to Many times per day, you need to define the synchronisation interval for peak hours.
• Sync frequency (off-peak) – If you set the frequency to Many times per day, you need to define the synchronisation interval for off-peak hours.
• Sync days – Define the peak days for automatic synchronisation.
• Synchronisation time – Define the time for daily automatic synchronisation.
• Peak start time – Define the time when the peak sync interval starts and the off-peak sync interval ends.
• Peak end time – Define the time when the peak sync interval ends and the off-peak sync interval starts.
