To create folders and organise your messages, select My folders > Options > New folder. Enter a name for the folder.
Select Options and from the following:
- Create new – Create and send a message.
- Mark message as read – Mark a message as read without opening it.
- Sort by – Arrange your messages according to sender, date, or other info.
- Move to folder – Save a message in another folder.
The available options may vary.

Tip:
To move multiple messages, tap each message, and select Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark. Once marked, select Options > Move to folder. |
