To create, view, and manage text, multimedia, email, and other messages, or send service commands, open Messaging .

To create and send messages, select New message.

To send multimedia or email messages, you need to register with a messaging service and obtain appropriate connection settings. For more information, contact your service provider.

To open a folder, mailbox, or another item, select the item.

Select Options and from the following:

• Show running apps. – Switch to another open application.
• Synchronisation – Select Start to synchronise your phone mailbox with a remote mailbox, or Settings to edit the synchronisation settings.
• Connect – Download new email messages from your remote mailbox or view them online. To close the connection, select Disconnect.
• SIM messages – Browse messages on your SIM card.
• Cell broadcast – View received cell broadcast messages.
• Service commands – Send service requests to your service providers.
• Font size – Change the displayed font size.
• Settings – Edit settings for different message types.

The available options may vary.
