Open Calendar .

To add reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and other annual events, select Options > New entry > Anniversary.

To create or edit an anniversary entry:

1. Enter the occasion.

   Tip: To add a description to the anniversary entry, select Options > Add description. To view the description later, select View description.

2. Enter the date.

3. To set up a reminder for the meeting, select Reminder > On. Enter the alarm time and date.

4. If you want to synchronise your phone calendar with a calendar on a computer, select Synchronisation and select from the following:

• Private – Hide the anniversary from viewers if the calendar is available online.
• Public – Make the anniversary visible to viewers if the calendar is available online.
• None – Prevent synchronisation of the anniversary entry.

To save the anniversary entry, select Done.
