Open Calendar .

To view a meeting, memo, anniversary, or task entry, select the entry.

To edit the current calendar note, select Edit from the toolbar.

To send the current calendar note to compatible devices, select Send from the toolbar.

Select Options and select from the following:

• Show running apps. – Switch to another open application.
• Mark as done – Mark a task as completed.
• Find – Find items from the current calendar note.
