Open Calendar .

To add task reminders to your calendar:

  1. Select New task from the toolbar.

  2. Enter the subject and the task due date.

    Tip:

    To add a description to the task entry, select Options > Add description. To view the description later, select View description.

  3. To set up a reminder for the meeting, select Reminder > On. Enter the alarm time and date.

  4. Select the desired priority of the task and select OK.

  5. If you want to synchronise your phone calendar with a calendar application on a computer, select Synchronisation and select from the following:

To save the task entry, select Done.

Tip:

To send a copy of the task to compatible devices, select Options > Send.
