Open Messaging .

Select your mailbox, and when the phone asks if you want to connect to the mailbox, select Yes to view email online or download messages to your phone. Select No to view previously downloaded email offline.

Select a message from the list.

Tip:

To automatically download new email messages to your phone, in Messaging, select Options > Settings > Email > Mailboxes. Select a mailbox and select Automatic download > Email download. Select Enabled or Only in home network.

To view files attached to a message, select the attachment icon.

To reply either to the sender or all other recipients of the message, select Reply from the toolbar.

To send the message to compatible devices, select Forward from the toolbar.

Tip:

If you reply to an email that has files attached to it, the attachments are not included in the reply. However, they are included if you forward the email.

To download email messages or parts of messages that have not yet been downloaded, select Options > Download. Depending on your mailbox type, you may also download message attachments.
