To edit delivery settings for your email message, open the message, select Options > Sending options and select from the following:
- Mailbox in use – To change the mailbox used to send this message, select the mailbox, then select the new mailbox and select OK.
- Priority – To change the priority level of your message, select High or Low.
- Character encoding – Select the encoding technique for your message. The default setting is Automatic.

Tip:
Changes only affect the open message. To change the default sending options that affect all email messages you send from a mailbox, in Messaging, select Options > Settings > Sync email. |
To save the settings, select Back.
