You need to uncheck this whenever your phone is on broken security. For example, you forgot flashing REST then you need to re-enter bflash right? So you need uncheck this to enter bflash without doing exploit again.

For normal usage, flashing, patching,etc you don't need to change that RSA

CID53 only has one way to break, that is anycid method. So DB2020 script for CID53 does not has bflash option.
