• CSC Flash_Loader_7.5.4 open v0.2_Citrus_Lite
• bfloader open, then will come out like the picture above.
• click "setmodel" select "C3520_Citrus_Setting_v00.mdl"
• click "main partition" click "browse" point to the firmware that was downloaded earlier, example: D: \ Firmware HP \ Samsung \ New folder (2) \ C320XXKJ7_OXAKJ4 \ C3520XAKJ7 \ C3520XXKJ7_BIN \ C3520OPEN.ptt then click ok
• click "csc" click "browse" navigate to the firmware that was downloaded earlier, example: D: \ Firmware HP \ Samsung \ New folder (2) \ C320XXKJ7_OXAKJ4 \ C3520XAKJ7 \ C3520OXAKJ4_CSC \ C3520OPEN.ptt then click ok
• click the "start"
• hp battery input press and hold the number 1 and 2 
• plug usb to hp 
• wait until the download process is running setatus green .......... and finished
